The Recruitment Officer will act as a true support and business partner throughout the recruitment process for future engineers, managing various tasks related to recruitment strategy and candidate selection.

Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering, or university.
Initial experience in HR, ideally in a consulting firm or ESN.
Desire to develop skills as a business partner.
Strong commercial aptitude and results-oriented mindset.
Team spirit, organized, reactive, and strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
