Overview

TEHORA is currently seeking a database administrator with excellent technical skills and knowledge who wishes to leverage their abilities within a versatile team.

In Short

Real-time monitoring and management of all incidents covering all databases and their components.
Provide analysis and diagnostics with resolution of incidents and restoration of impacted services.
Classify incidents and address them based on their level of criticality.
Take necessary actions for the treatment and resolution of each incident according to the requested service level.
Produce incident reports including root cause analysis, resolution steps, and corrective recommendations.
Open tickets in management software and grant access to agency personnel.

Requirements

Strong technical skills in database administration.
Experience in incident management.
Ability to perform root cause analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills for reporting.
