Junior Consultant in Communication - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Junior Consultant in Communication who will support the development of content, visibility strategies, and documentation within the framework of the CRECE project aimed at empowering women in extreme poverty situations in Latin America.

In Short

• Collaborate with a global team to develop communication strategies.
• Create attractive and informative communication products for external audiences.
• Support the design of training manuals and materials.
• Prepare reports, newsletters, and other publications.
• Ensure external communication products align with Trickle Up's brand and messaging.
• Assist in the design and production of events.
• Conduct research and develop communication plans supporting economic development strategies.
• Document program activities and produce content.
• Maintain relationships with media and public communication.
• Demonstrate proactivity and a commitment to continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Previous experience in social communication is valued but not mandatory.
• Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in web development platforms like WordPress.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams.
• Willingness to travel to rural areas occasionally.
