Overview

The HR and Operations Coordinator for Latin America is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with key human resources and operational processes across the region, including Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia.

In Short

  • Support regional recruitment processes, including job postings and CV screening.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Review and validate monthly payroll inputs in coordination with external vendors.
  • Coordinate employment contracts and manage payroll-related incidents.
  • Support the adaptation and implementation of HR policies across the region.
  • Guide supervisors in performance management and staff development.
  • Manage procurement of office and IT equipment for regional staff.
  • Support planning and logistical coordination of regional events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment with policies.
  • Maintain personnel records in compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR administration and operations.
  • Strong experience in labor compliance and payroll processes in Latin America.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and digital management systems.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR information for decision-making.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse contexts.
