• Provide administrative support to Engineering, Finance, HR, and the CEO.
• Review, edit, and proofread key documents—like contracts and offer letters—ensuring they’re error-free and professional.
• Streamline processes with DocuSign, preparing templates and tracking signatures.
• Research, order, and track equipment or assets for the team.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors.
• Monitor deadlines, send reminders, and update project statuses.
• Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with scheduling interviews.
• Maintain organized digital records and databases.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with HR processes and tools like BambooHR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
