Senior ERP Consultant - Energy / Financial Accounting - Remote

Overview

You will support energy suppliers and municipal utilities in the implementation, development, and utilization of our ERP billing solution ENER:GY with a clear focus on financial accounting and commercial processes. You connect deep financial accounting understanding with ERP logic and ensure that processes run correctly, systematically clean, and stably in daily operations.

In Short

• You advise customers from the utility industry on the implementation and development of ERP-supported financial processes.
• You analyze, design, and optimize financial accounting-related processes such as payment transactions, dunning, and reporting.
• You implement technical requirements in the ERP system (customizing, forms, evaluations).
• You plan and moderate workshops and technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
• You work on implementation, migration, and replacement projects and take on technical responsibility.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of practical experience in financial accounting, ideally in the ERP or project environment.
• You have a very good understanding of commercial processes and think them end-to-end.
• You are confident in dealing with ERP systems and understand the relationships between functionality, data, and system logic.
• You communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders – clearly and solution-oriented.
• You work in a structured, responsible, and resilient manner, even in complex project phases.
