ERP Consultant for Billing Processes - Remote

Overview

You will support our clients in the technical implementation and further development of billing processes within our ERP solution ENER:GY, focusing on mapping complex billing logics and stable billing processes.

In Short

• You advise customers on the use and further development of billing systems.
• You analyze, design, and optimize billing processes and logics.
• You implement technical requirements in the system, e.g., by setting up and adjusting billing rules.
• You plan and moderate workshops and discussions with customers and internal teams.
• You participate in implementation and replacement projects and take on technical responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience with a billing or invoicing system.
• Understanding of how billing systems are technically and functionally structured.
• Ability to think through processes end-to-end and translate requirements into systems.
• Practical SQL and data knowledge for analysis, checks, or migrations.
• Structured working style and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
