Overview

HungerRush is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant customers, driving long-term relationships and business growth. This role focuses on managing a high volume of SMB accounts, increasing product adoption and mitigating churn through proactive customer engagement.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Identify upselling opportunities within the current customer portfolio
  • Deliver tailored success plans using data-driven insights
  • Monitor account health through product usage metrics
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors to maintain stakeholder engagement
  • Identify early warning signs of disengagement or churn risk
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on messaging
  • Work with Support and Product teams to resolve customer challenges
  • Participate in ongoing product training and knowledge sharing
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on relationship growth

Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort using data to drive recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
