Wider Circle is seeking a motivated IT Engineer to manage diverse IT environments and provide technical support, ensuring smooth operation of systems.

• Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and Chromebook endpoints.
• Administer user accounts and security groups in Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Manage the Atlassian suite of tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Deploy and update software applications and operating systems.
• Assist in maintaining AWS cloud environment.
• Manage hardware inventory.
• Lead small-scale IT projects.
• Document support requests and IT processes.
• Collaborate with teams for technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience in managing Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian tools, and MDM systems.
• Understanding of Linux and scripting.
