IT Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient IT Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support and maintain our organization's IT systems, devices, and network infrastructure.

In Short

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support.
• Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with network support (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are preferred.
• Experience in scripting or automation is a plus.
