Overview

As the Lead Clinical Science Manager at WHOOP, you will drive the end-to-end development of clinical strategy and scientific evidence across a portfolio of innovative health features, combining subject matter expertise and leadership in clinical trial design.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience leading full-cycle clinical trials.
• Knowledge of clinical data standards and tools.
• Understanding of FDA and international regulatory pathways.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Prior experience with regulatory agencies is a plus.
• Background in CRO and sponsor-side roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with software validation processes is a plus.
