In Short

  • The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying and converting known target accounts.
  • Engagement is timely, data-driven, and effective.
  • Responsible for stakeholder mapping within identified accounts.
  • Uses LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and research tools to enrich the CRM.
  • Acts as the regional execution arm for marketing and sales engagement.
  • Coordinates and follows up on webinars and policy-driven campaigns.
  • Ensures accounts are actively moved between tiers.
  • Works closely with Marketing Automation and Market Intelligence teams.
  • Engages new leads and follow-ups proactively.
  • Collaborates fluidly with Marketing, Sales, Intelligence, and Channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B lead qualification.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience identifying and mapping stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong coordination skills for webinars and follow-ups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team player across global teams.
  • Exposure to EV, clean tech, or public sector sales is a plus.
  • Understanding of fleet operations and procurement cycles is beneficial.
  • Experience in marketing automation systems is nice to have.
