• Run commercial calls with existing customers including renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and billing conversations.
• Perform contract math live on customer calls including proration and package comparisons.
• Draft and send contracts for existing customers including amendments and renewals.
• Manage Stripe-related billing issues for existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account health signals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during renewal calls.
• Maintain accurate records of contract terms and commitments.

Requirements

• Direct customer-facing commercial experience with contract negotiations.
• Ability to perform proration and package comparison math live on calls.
• Composure under pressure with frustrated customers.
• Fluency in drafting and understanding contracts and billing.
• Experience with Stripe or similar billing platforms.
• Strong written English skills for follow-up communications.
