Whippy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Billing & Operations Specialist to own and manage our billing, payment, and contract operations, ensuring customers are billed correctly and payments are collected on time.

• Manage billing systems and follow up on overdue payments.
• Ensure contract compliance and protect company revenue.
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Document and improve internal billing workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in billing, operations, accounts receivable, or a similar role (SaaS preferred).
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with billing platforms like Stripe and CRM tools.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and interface with leadership.
