In Short

  • Own and operate all Stripe workflows end-to-end, including Stripe Invoicing
  • Monitor payment activity in Stripe daily
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure accurate billing terms
  • Generate and send recurring invoices
  • Maintain and audit Stripe and internal CRM data
  • Identify and resolve customer disputes and billing escalations
  • Assist in scaling billing automation and compliance workflows
  • Support revenue recognition and monthly reporting for Finance
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on billing events
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and other regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Stripe, including Invoicing
  • Experience in billing operations and revenue management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with compliance standards in billing
