In Short

• Join a dynamic Billing Support team in a remote setting.
• Communicate with users around the world regarding payment issues.

• Work during night shifts (19:00-3:00).
• Engage with clients through calls, emails, and chats.
• Handle inquiries related to refunds and technical payment issues.

Requirements

• Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+).
• Experience in customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Familiarity with online payment systems.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and organized approach to work.
• Desire to learn and grow in IT.
• Experience with fraud and chargebacks is a plus.
