• Requires full English Fluency
• Provide reactive, world-class customer support
• Gain knowledge of the Whippy Platform & Products
• Quickly resolve client issues via phone, email, chat, and Zoom
• Conduct implementation & migration of messaging data
• Coordinate with Cloud Communication Platform providers
• Onboard & train users on Whippy features
• Enhance the product based on client interactions
• Contribute to the support center with clear documentation

Requirements

• Passion for the Whippy platform
• Strong client relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in documentation
• Strong analytical abilities with data management software
• Time management and organizational skills
• 1+ years of Customer Support experience, preferably in SaaS
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to grow and adapt in a dynamic work environment
