  • Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills are expected.
  • Flexible working hours with day or night shifts available.
  • Remote work options for up to 45 days per year.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, etc.).
  • Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner and organized team player.
  • Responsible and optimistic with strong communication skills.
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks.
  • Experience with Cloud, CDN or Hosting is a plus.
