Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Very good English proficiency
  • Positive outlook, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Manage multiple activity channels
  • Good judgment in diagnosing customer needs
  • Client-centric approach
  • Experience in 1st line support (preferably Telecoms)
  • Knowledge of Browsers, Microsoft Word, and Excel
