Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Vonage API, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives through our API solutions.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer goals and develop success plans.
  • Monitor usage patterns and provide best practices for API adoption.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Vonage.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing education and resources to customers.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Familiarity with APIs and cloud communications.
  • Strong passion for customer success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Comfortable analyzing customer usage data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
