Overview

As a Customer Solution Manager, you’ll be responsible for fostering lasting relationships with Vonage’s most valued customers, collaborating with sales, solution architects, and engineers to deliver innovative communication solutions.

In Short

  • Form strong relationships with customers to keep them engaged and supported.
  • Identify key factors for customer success and communicate them effectively.
  • Provide business, technical, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute success plans to drive customer outcomes.
  • Educate customers on product features and functionalities.
  • Organize and lead onboarding sessions with internal teams and customers.
  • Advise customers on maximizing their solutions.
  • Monitor account performance for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Help resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive customer participation in marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer relationship management or account management.
  • Experience in project or program management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce) and reporting tools (i.e., Tableau).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Availability for regional travel and flexibility in work hours.
