Overview

Axonify is looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to ensure the ongoing success of our Strategic Customers throughout their journey with our SaaS platform, focusing on delivering consultative and customer-focused solutions.

In Short

  • Manage the success of Strategic Customers across their lifecycle.
  • Act as project lead to provide strategic solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer projects.
  • Support technical conversations with customers.
  • Bridge communication among internal teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements.
  • Consult on platform configuration to meet technical needs.
  • Establish best practices for the Customer Solutions team.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project management or business analysis.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Experience with technical solutions, APIs, SFTP, SQL.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A creative mindset for building solutions.
  • Experience in eLearning environments is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously.
  • Flexibility and commitment to quality service.
