Overview

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you’ll be part of our Customer Success team and will be responsible for linking technical aspects of our Midmarket & Enterprise customers' business processes with our product strategy, working in partnership as the internal voice of the customer.

In Short

  • Establishing relationships with our Midmarket & Enterprise customers to understand their goals and needs.
  • Analyzing data to identify technical opportunities for customer success.
  • Assisting to improve customers' processes via recommended workflows.
  • Setting expectations on project timelines with customers.
  • Providing regular updates to Customer Success & Account Managers.
  • Advocating for top customer needs with our Product team.
  • Staying abreast of market conditions and competitive landscape.
  • Developing collaborative relationships with internal teams.
  • Providing customer support and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience.
  • Experience working with technical Product teams is an asset.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Masterful relationship building skills.
  • Highly strategic and organized.
  • Extremely analytical and data-driven.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Gainsight NXT.
  • Experience writing sales proposals is a plus.
