Loopio is seeking a Staff Software Developer who thrives on solving complex challenges and is passionate about building scalable, high-impact solutions.

In Short

Lead and build end-to-end features for Loopio’s web platform.
Drive architectural decisions and system-level thinking.
Proactively build technology to prevent bugs.
Gather feedback from customers to create a user-centric experience.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers in an agile environment.
Mentor and coach other engineers.
Contribute to Loopio’s AI roadmap.
Lead technical design discussions and decision making.

Requirements

10+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience designing and delivering complex software systems.
Strong backend/API experience in PHP, Python, or Java.
Frontend development experience with React and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of database design and RDBMS (MySQL).
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Mentorship experience.
Exposure to AI technologies, particularly LLMs.
