In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting process for various Operations roles at Whatnot.
• Identify talented candidates and partner with recruiting managers.
• Emphasize diversity and inclusivity in hiring practices.
• Screen candidates to maximize the hiring team’s efficiency.
• Assist with developing job posts and hiring plans.
• Iterate on candidate feedback to improve the hiring process.
• Nurture relationships with individuals and community groups.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for Business roles.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Champion for diversity hiring and inclusive practices.
• Comfortable with ownership and fast-paced environments.
• Provide an incredible candidate experience.
• Data-focused with tracking pipeline health.
