Overview

In Short

  • Interact with buyers and sellers ensuring a positive experience
  • Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, and shipments
  • Become an expert in Whatnot's products and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve questions
  • Seek opportunities to improve customer experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
  • Weekend availability required
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Understanding of E-commerce and Marketplace operations
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk or Intercom
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Knowledge of collectibles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus
