Design Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Whatnot is the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, redefining e-commerce by blending community, shopping, and entertainment. We are looking for a Design Program Manager to help orchestrate the Design Studio’s ambitious initiatives.

In Short

• Drive operational excellence across the Design Studio.
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership.
• Manage planning cycles, scoping, and timelines.
• Oversee the Whatnot Design System (WDS).
• Facilitate communication flows and keep teams aligned.
• Build scalable processes and improve operations.
• Ensure projects have clear goals and documentation.
• Foster strong relationships across disciplines.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Design Operations or Program Management.
• Experience with product design teams and cross-functional partners.
• Track record of managing complex design projects.
• Ability to influence across teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with design systems is a plus.
