Overview

The Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service in the iGaming industry, ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently.

In Short

  • Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat, and email.
  • Take ownership of customer cases for full resolution.
  • Communicate with teams to solve customer problems.
  • Approve customer withdrawals and process KYC documentation.
  • Run daily security checks to protect the business.
  • Achieve personal KPIs to support departmental SLAs.
  • Provide insights into customer feedback for system improvement.
  • Contribute to team efforts and support ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in sports and casino.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt to shift work, including night shifts.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Able to multitask effectively.
