Overview

The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for helping new customers get started with WeTravel quickly and effectively, empowering their businesses to grow while collaborating with various teams.

In Short

  • Support new customers in utilizing the WeTravel platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams.
  • Provide personalized training to new clients.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Identify and address potential client pain points proactively.
  • Work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
  • Experience in travel tech or SaaS is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about customer education and success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently and across different time zones.
  • Comfortable with attention to detail in tasks.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom is advantageous.
  • Background in teaching or onboarding is a bonus.
  • Experience in designing best practices and processes.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
