Overview

Syros is looking for a Sales Manager – DACH Region to drive commercial success by managing key accounts and developing new opportunities across the DACH markets.

In Short

• Maintain relationships with key retail accounts in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
• Build new partnerships with B2B and B2C customers.
• Identify market opportunities to maximize turnover.
• Prospect and onboard new customers in the DACH region.
• Monitor sales performance using analytical skills and P&L understanding.
• Provide updates to management on business growth.
• Collaborate with R&D for innovative product offerings.
• Ensure customer insights drive product development.
• Work closely with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.
