Overview

The Strategic Sales Account Manager will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to retain existing accounts, acquire new customers, and implement a sustainable growth strategy through comprehensive business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years in sales management.
  • Proficiency in customer service and business growth strategies.
  • Experience in creating reports and optimizing processes.
  • Understanding of supply chain and business operations for fresh produce.
  • Effective time management and self-motivation skills.
  • Proven sales success from planning to closing.
  • Experience in an international dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the fruit value chain.
  • Excellent negotiation and people leadership skills.
