Overview

As a Team Lead Sales, you will take the lead in our Paid Parking area, shaping the sales strategy and leading your team while staying close to the market.

In Short

  • Leadership: You will be responsible for developing an existing team of four, fostering individual strengths and creating a performance-oriented team culture.
  • Sales Strategy & Process Design: You will leverage your B2B sales expertise to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize existing processes.
  • Lead by Doing: You will remain operationally present, particularly with key customers and partners, setting an example for your team.
  • Collaboration & Networking: You will work closely with colleagues from other sales departments and areas like marketing and business development.

Requirements

  • Background: At least 4-5 years of sales experience, including relevant B2B experience.
  • Leadership: Previous experience in both technical and disciplinary leadership.
  • Experience: Proficient in the entire sales cycle from customer acquisition to contract negotiation.
  • Communication: Strong personal presence and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: Valid driver's license and readiness to travel sporadically within Germany.
