  • Customer Care: You have close contact with our customers and are their first point of contact.

  • Team: You report to the Customer Care Team Lead and work closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering, and Product.
  • Complaint Management: You keep an overview even in complex situations and customer complaints and can de-escalate situations.

  • Your Background: You have gained initial experience in customer support, call center, customer care, or a similar environment.
  • Your Mentality: You remain calm and friendly even in stressful situations.
  • Work Style: You enjoy working analytically and looking for creative solutions to your customers' problems.
  • Work Ethic: You want to work in a fast-paced environment, show initiative, and are highly motivated to learn new skills.
  • Language Skills: You have C2 German language skills and good English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Work Location: You work remotely from Germany and appreciate the flexibility of working in a professional environment.
