Customer Service Representative - 2nd Level Support (Remote, Germany)

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (d/m/w) to join our Customer Service Team and ensure a first-class customer journey. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries, from vehicle orders to delivery within our Autohero Retail Department. With your friendliness and professional commitment, you will make the car buying experience a great one!

• Be the first contact and guide your customers from ordering to vehicle delivery.
