In Short

  • We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with fluent English, Italian, and German language skills.
  • This role is part-time (min. 30h) and offers a 100% remote option with flexible working hours.
  • Full-time positions are also available.
  • You will ensure a pleasant experience for customers post-purchase.
  • Problem-solving for customer and merchant satisfaction is key.
  • Most communication will be via email, with some phone interactions.
  • Involvement in various team projects.
  • Responding to customer reviews and managing payment disputes.
  • Excellent language skills and clear communication are essential.
  • Experience in 2nd level customer service support is required.
