Sales Team Lead - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will act as a “player coach.” Not only will you sell directly to customers, but you will consistently develop ways to improve the sales process and help lead others to success.

In Short

• Lead from the Front by becoming an expert on the Clipboard product and our customers’ business.
• Manage strategic opportunities within your team pipeline.
• Lead a team of 4-5 sales representatives.
• Listen to calls and identify gaps in conversations with customers.
• Develop coaching plans to close performance gaps.
• Iterate and implement on our sales playbook based on field experience.
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and lead improvement efforts.
• Set goals for improvement and work towards achieving them.
• Provide regular feedback on rep performance.
• Work in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Requirements

• Experienced seller comfortable with executing challenger sales.
• Team-oriented mentality with a focus on guiding others.
• Interest in developing management skills.
