Overview

As a (Junior) Country Sales Manager for Austria, you will actively shape one of our key growth markets. You will be responsible for the sales strategy, lead a dedicated team, and drive our B2B business forward with a clear vision and hands-on mentality.

In Short

• Lead a dedicated sales team in Austria.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales with mid and enterprise customers.
• Experience in leadership and team management.
• Proficient in the entire sales cycle from customer acquisition to contract negotiation.
• Strong communication skills and presence.
• C2 level German and fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Austria (about 40%).
