Overview

As a Customer Service Agent B2B, you will be a key part of an experienced team responsible for supporting exciting projects and ensuring our product reaches parking areas.

In Short

  • Support Customer Success Managers with client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Proactively contribute to product improvement and service quality optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Customer Care, Technical Implementation, Business Development, Engineering, and Product.
  • Have a commercial training background with practical experience in customer support.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a desire to understand customer situations.
  • Maintain composure in challenging situations and enjoy organizing and optimizing processes.
  • Possess C2 level German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in customer support.
  • Strong communication skills.
