Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead and coach a team of stellar Software Engineers for some of our products and platforms.

In Short

• Lead Operations of a cross-functional engineering team.
• Ensure team health and performance across various metrics.
• Proactively identify and address risks and blockers.
• Drive improvements in practices, processes, and ways of working.
• Support team growth through onboarding, feedback, coaching, and performance management.
• Align team vision, mission, and strategy with Product Manager(s).
• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers on goal setting, roadmap planning, and execution.
• Stay close to technical details to lead operations and ensure quality.
• Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and key technical decisions.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
