The Executive Director, Network National Accounts – HCA is responsible for leading the strategic relationship and national contracting efforts with the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), driving enterprise-wide network strategy focused on cost optimization and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare contracting.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with providers and large hospital systems.
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural agility.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and cost drivers.
  • Strong understanding of CMS regulations.
  • People management experience.
  • Ability to think strategically from a national enterprise perspective.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis.
  • Skilled at collaborating across complex organizations.
