Overview

CVS Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative Executive Director to lead our Account & Delivery Management team, supporting three core business units across both B2B and B2C marketing workstreams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience.
  • 10+ years in creative agency account/project management.
  • 7+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing complex multi-brand workstreams.
  • Deep understanding of creative development processes.
  • Strong operational expertise in project management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing hybrid or fully remote teams.
  • Prior agency or in-house creative team experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
