The Shift Supervisor is a key leader at CVS Health, responsible for supporting store management, driving store performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Lead the store staff in the absence of management.
• Ensure smooth store operations and completion of procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.
