Overview

The 2nd Shift Supervisor at Sonoco is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, productivity, and employee relations within a high-performance work team environment, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Ensure safety of all employees and lead a safety program.
• Comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff across shifts.

Requirements

• Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing or technical background required.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
