Overview

The Shift Supervisor for the 2nd Shift at Sonoco is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance while managing production scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives.

In Short

• Lead safety processes and best manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demands.
• Direct continuous improvement initiatives using various tools.

• Work hours are from 2:45pm to 10:45pm.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience.
• Compensation includes a base salary and a quarterly bonus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience.
