Overview

As an Engagement Onboarding Specialist at Wellhub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch and initial engagement of new clients, acting as a Project Management Officer during the onboarding phase.

In Short

  • Act as a PMO for new clients during the onboarding period.
  • Oversee pre-launch requirements and dependencies.
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
  • Create tailored strategies to drive employee engagement.
  • Establish plans to mitigate potential challenges during launch.
  • Collaborate with HR and internal communication teams.
  • Monitor KPIs during onboarding to track progress.
  • Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team.
  • Map HR’s Wellness strategies to onboarding communication.
  • Inspire and empower others by promoting wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or client onboarding.
  • Experience in developing communication and engagement plans.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset for monitoring data.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
