The Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic large accounts, ensuring these clients derive maximum value from Wellhub.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in retention and engagement strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools and analytics.
  • Ability to navigate complex corporate structures.
  • Experience in managing high-value contracts.
  • Experience with HR-focused services or SaaS solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
