Overview

As a Sales Recruiter at WelbeHealth, you’ll be a key partner to our Outreach and Enrollment teams, owning the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact sales roles across multiple markets.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales and outreach roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to build recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales.
• Strong track record in placing remote sales hires.
• Expertise in behavioral-based interviewing.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing sales talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field preferred.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
