  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter for tech startups or agencies.
  • Experience recruiting U.S. candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
  • Strong internet connection and equipment.
  • Ability to work EST hours.
