Overview

The Sales Recruiter at White Cap is responsible for implementing and administering a recruiting strategy for key openings within the organization, ensuring a successful recruiting and onboarding process.

In Short

  • Implement and administer recruiting strategies for key openings.
  • Conduct need/fit assessments of candidates through screening and interviews.
  • Negotiate and finalize position offers to candidates.
  • Support internal clients by understanding business context and needs.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners for successful onboarding.
  • Obtain a qualified applicant pool using various recruiting methods.
  • Conduct information sessions with managers to determine position requirements.
  • Analyze competitor information and market salary structures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex recruiting problems.
  • Contribute to employees' professional development.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field, or 3-5 years with an MS/MA.
  • Certification required in some areas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited instruction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and negotiation.
