• Responsible for retention of Australian VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to details.
• Previous experience in the field is extremely important.
• Ability to analyze customers’ behavior and keep a personalized relationship with VIP players.
• Monitor customers’ performance & behavior to evaluate bonus crediting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Hours must be worked during shifts between 10am and 10pm.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales agent or VIP Account Manager is an advantage.
